How soon will I get the product license file after I place the order ?

You will receive license file via email usually within an hour after you have placed order. If you haven't received license file within 24 hours, please contact us. Please make sure that you haven't blocked emails from DesignerVista.com

How do you deliver license file ?

We deliver you the License file via Email after you complete the order. You will also receive download link and installation instructions.

How do I order using PayPal ?

PayPal is our payment processor. By clicking on "Buy Now" button in Buy Page, you will be directed to the PayPal web site to make your payment.

I do not have PayPal account. How do I order using credit card ?

PayPal also allows you to pay using a credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase using credit cards. By clicking on "Buy Now" button in Buy Page, you will be directed to the PayPal web site, to make your payment. Click on "continue" link shown next to Credit Cards logo on the left hand side of the PayPal order page, to place an order using Credit Cards. Click here to see an example.

Do you have special pricing for Government and Non-Profit organizations ?

Yes. We offer 50% discount for Governments and Non-Profit organizations, when you order 5 User Site License Pack.

How do I buy multiple licenses (for example 2 Commercial Single User License) ?

Please use quantity field in the order form. An order form will be shown when you click on Buy button.

Is there any difference between Trial version and Licensed version ?

Trial version contains the same functionality that you get when you buy licensed version but with the following restrictions.

• Save and Print features are disabled.
• Trial version watermark on screen and print preview.

Is there a maintenance fee associated with your product?

No. All licenses are valid for free minor version upgrades.

Is the 5-user site license agreement(for example) restricted to 5 simultaneous users at one physical location?

If we were to purchase 5 individual commercial licenses, would we be permitted to change the primary user if the original user leaves the company or changes positions?

I purchased Commercial License. Is it possible to transfer this license to a different computer in the future?
